Farmer’s Market Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for our second year Farmer's Market at Honeybee Grove! We are excited to bring the market to town once again.  This market will be held rain or shine (or snow) outdoors on the grounds of our flower farm.  The Farmer's Market tents will be set up in the front grassy area, in front of one of our gardens, with easy access to the parking lot and with a great view of our summer flowers.  If you have not visit the farm yet, Honeybee Grove Flower Farm in Somers, NY, behind a commercial building, right in the center of town.

Unlike some of our other markets that we host at the farm, our Farmer's Market will be host to food related products only.  Looking for local vendors for: veggies, mushrooms, fruit, cheese, dairy, meats, hot sauces, pickles, breads, baked goods, soups, beverages, salsas, herbs, honey, maple syrup etc., no resale goods, crafts or artisans at this time.  If this is you, please apply below! The goal is to have local visitors be able to do some of their weekly shopping at the farm from local small businesses, overing high quality products.  Our location is ideal for a quick stop on your way to and from wherever you are going on Sunday, and the u-pick farm will be open to the public for those wishing to make a morning of their visit.

It is important to keep in mind that this is a small town market, not a large street festival. For our first year we averaged 250-300 attendees on a sunny day. We can comfortably fit about 15 vendors in our market area. This means we carefully curate our weekly line-up to limit cross over in product offering in order to maximize sales for our attending vendors. When applying, please consider whether your product fits the category of a weekly staple, or if it is more of a once a month product or special pop-up item.
